Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a like-for-like exchange (this does not apply to sale items).

Within 7 days of you receiving your goods, email a copy of your proof of purchase and your order number with your request to hello@sako7.com . We will not entertain exchanges without having received this email within the 7 days.

Please note:

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our online store, if you have purchased from a third-party retail partner then they need to arrange your return or exchange.

All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn. When returning items, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

All shipping related to your exchange is at your own cost including all customs duties and taxes incurred

We do not offer cash refunds

Faulty Goods:

SaKO7.com is committed to product excellence and take great pride in producing the type of kit we would want to ride in.

Occasionally, manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us.

Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. In the case of returning faulty items that have been worn , note that they should be laundered before return and that receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.
